Overview

The Smart Teachers (Hybrid) Initiative is a visionary program to select and train 50 exceptional teachers nationwide for our pioneering Hybrid Schooling Model. Our program emphasizes STEM subjects (Science, Technology, English, Mathematics) and Digital Skills, especially at higher secondary levels.

Selected teachers will become Certified Hybrid Smart Teachers, teaching part-time from home while shaping the future of next-generation education through global curricula alignment.

Program Objectives

Select and train 50 qualified educators (3-5+ years experience)
Promote technology-driven hybrid learning (AR/VR/AI integration)
Provide free annual training in modern teaching methods and EdTech
Offer financial benefits and children's scholarships
Develop a global community of innovative educators

Eligibility Criteria

Required Experience

3-5+ years teaching/tutoring in:
- Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- Mathematics
- Computer Science/ICT
- English Language

Ideal Candidates

Passionate about STEM and digital learning
Familiar with national/international curricula
Available for part-time teaching after school hours
Open to continuous learning and tech integration
Enthusiastic about student development

Class Management

Manage dedicated classes of 25 students in hybrid model (2 hours after school)

Lesson Delivery

Deliver engaging online lessons aligned with international STEM standards

Professional Development

Attend monthly/annual certified training workshops

Key Responsibilities

Lead national growth strategy aligned with organizational vision
Manage regional teams including academic leads and coordinators
Forge partnerships with schools, edtech firms, NGOs, and government
Oversee teacher onboarding, training, and evaluations
Ensure compliance with national education regulations and NEP
Coordinate marketing, outreach, and brand expansion
Represent the institution at policy, investor, and global forums
Report regularly to founders and board

Education: Master’s or higher in Education, Business, Policy, or Leadership

Overview

LF Hybrid School is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Investor Relations to lead and manage relationships with current and potential investors. This role is essential to the financial health and expansion of our innovative hybrid schooling model, which blends international STEM education, digital platforms, and home-based learning.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in investment strategy, financial communications, and impact sectors. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work directly with the founders to attract, manage, and grow investment opportunities to fund our long-term vision across India and globally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy aligned with the organization’s growth roadmap.
Manage relationships with angel investors, VC/PE firms, institutional donors, and philanthropic organizations.
Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and quarterly updates.
Organize investor meetings, due diligence processes, and communications.
Monitor financial metrics and market trends; report impact indicators.
Collaborate with finance/legal/comms teams to ensure compliance and transparency.
Represent the organization at investment summits and strategic forums.
Support creation of financial models, valuations, and ROI analyses.

Qualifications & Desired Profile

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Business, Economics, or Investment Management
Experience: 5–10+ years in investor relations, fundraising, corporate finance, or VC/PE
Communication: Strong stakeholder, pitch, and negotiation skills
Financial: Proficient in models, pitch prep, and reporting
